Hi there - I’m Bruce and I’m the CEO and co-founder of Halcyon. Halcyon is a platform to help those navigating the energy transition get access to the information and data they need faster and more easily. 

We’re in the middle of two trends that will define this century: the climate crisis - and the associated energy transition - and the emergence of LLMs and Generative AI. These two massive shifts will drive incredible transformation across multiple industries and institutions. 

Data and information live at the heart of both of these trends. Within the energy transition specifically, policy analysts, growth analysts, researchers and many others rely on regulatory agency and public utility data to make business decisions. The problem is that data is really hard to find, it takes a long time to make sense of, and it’s published at such high velocity that it’s quickly out-of-date. 

We’re building technology to accelerate access to information, improve data discoverability, and help our customers make faster, smarter business decisions. In such a complex and dynamic ecosystem, there is a ton of value in presenting a clear, unambiguous view of the present. 

To start, we’re working on a platform that aggregates and organizes this information so that people can more easily find what they’re looking for - we’ll have more to share about that and our long-term product vision soon.
